The new Abbey Manor, on the right side of this site plan, would feature a fully renovated interior and exterior. The second part of the parcel, on the left, would have an expanded parking lot that would hold 40 cars, with access from Long Beach Road. The remaining area of the second parcel, at the top of the image, would be converted into a park. Both the parking lot and the main building would be fenced in. The building would house only 50 residents — about half its current capacity.
