Long Beach resident Todd Kaminsky’s enthusiasm — and his ability to serve the 20th Assembly District — are undeniable. Due to the inclement weather weather Saturday officials decided to close the Five Towns Community Chest 30th annual fair. The movie "Finding Nemo" is expected to be shown Saturday night, Chest officials said. The fair will be open Sunday, Oct. 12 and on Monday, Columbus Day, Oct. 13 beginning at 11 a.m. in Andrew J. Parise Park in Cedarhurst.
