Molloy College will be the recipient of more than $1.1 million in federal grant money over the next five years, which will help low-income, disabled and first-generation college students, and veterans, attend the school and graduate.

Skelos Field got a bit of a facelift.
Drivers on Peninsula Boulevard may have noticed that the north field of the sports complex, which is used for soccer and lacrosse, has had all of its artificial turf removed, and brand new turf is being laid down.
