Meadowbrook Elementary School has once again participated in the Pennies for Patients fundraiser organized by the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s School and Youth Programs. Leukemia is the number one childhood disease killer of children under the age of 19. Over 90 percent of the funds raised through Pennies for Patients supports cancer research, education, advocacy, and services for patients. more
