In recent editions of the Herald, there was little or no mention of the hard work done by our Hempstead town councilman, Jim Darcy, in the matter of FEMA against the residents of Valley Stream. Mr. Darcy did some hard work finding places to hold meetings and getting the citizens out to attend those meetings.
