Xaga Sushi Asian Fusion, on Merrick Road in Merrick, recently opened for business, and owners Billy Chin, Alyssa Chen and Tom Li celebrated their ribbon-cutting ceremony with Town of Hempstead Councilwoman Angie Cullin, Clerk Mark Bonilla, Peter DiSilvio of the Nassau County Executive’s Office, Ira Reiter of the Merrick Chamber of Commerce and Nassau County Legislator Dave Denenberg.
