Five arrested in Baldwin assault incident

According to Nassau County Police, five males were arrested on Sept. 2 in Baldwin.
Officers responded to a 911 call reporting a disturbance near the intersection of McKenna Avenue and Milburn Avenue. Upon arrival, they found a 54-year-old man with noticeable swelling and bleeding on his face. The victim had been involved in an argument with five men over a car accident, which escalated when the five men assaulted him, punching him multiple times.
The individuals arrested were identified as Venguasty Zephir, 21, of Cambria Heights; Vuitton Watson, 19, of Howard Beach; and three juvenile males. All five were arrested without incident and charged with gang assault.
