DePaola joins LBHS administrative Staff

Thomas DePaola was recently named the new vice principal at Long Beach High School. DePaola comes to Long Beach from the Farmingdale School District, where he taught science for 13 years. He served on many professional development committees and was a presenter at various state professional teachers conventions before completing his administrative internship in Farmingdale. He spent 14 years as the Intermediate Division Head of Buckley Country Day Camp in Roslyn, did extensive work in curriculum writing for Farmingdale Public Schools and Nassau BOCES and served on the New York State Education Department’s Final Eyes Committee for the Living Environment Regents Exam.
