East Rockaway woman arrested
Stillwaggon charged with burglary of her neighbors
The Fourth Squad reports the arrest of an East Rockaway woman on Wednesday May 12, 2010 at 7:20 a.m.
According to detectives, two Fourth Precinct Police Officers responded to a residence on Centre Avenue, East Rockaway for the report of a burglary that just occurred. After an investigation the officers located the defendant, Kelly F. Stillwaggon. 30, of Plainfield Avenue, walking on Centre Avenue carrying several large bags which contained items taken during the burglary, as well as items stolen from vehicles on Centre and Plainfield avenues.
Stillwaggon was charged with Burglary 2nd Degree, Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 4th Degree, three counts of Petit Larceny, and three counts of Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 5th Degree. She was arraigned in First District Court, Hempstead on May 13.
