Long Beach crime report

People named in Crime Watch items as having been arrested and charged with violations or crimes are only suspected of committing those acts of which they are accused. They are all presumed to be innocent of those charges until and unless found guilty in a court of law.

Arrests

Michael Kerzner, 28, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with third-degree sexual abuse at the Long Beach Police Department on Oct. 5.

Vickie Aponte, 20, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with endangering the welfare of a child on E. Broadway on Oct. 6. 

Peter D’Anna, 45, of East Atlantic Beach was arrested and charged with DWAI and driving with a suspended license at West Beech Street on Oct. 7.

Erik Moore, 42, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with stealing a shopping cart with merchandise from the Waldbaum’s parking lot on East Park Avenue on Oct. 8.

Marie Lavilette, 31, of Laurelton was arrested and charged with criminal trespass on West Broadway on Oct. 8.

Douglas Haines, 49, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with assault on Franklin Boulevard on Oct. 8.
