Fred Lipp charged with forcibly touching patient

Fifth Squad detectives report the arrest of a Lynbrook dentist for forcible touching that allegedly occurred at his office 4:15 p.m. on April 28.

According to detectives, Fred Lipp, 73, of Woodbury, engaged in inappropriate sexual contact with a patient while she was having dental work performed. The defendant is a dentist at 89A Atlantic Ave., where the incident took place.

On Monday, May 17, the defendant was arrested at his residence and charged with Forcible Touching. Lipp was released on a desk appearance ticket and is scheduled to be arraigned in First District Court, Hempstead on June 3.
