SSHS puts on ‘The Diary of Anne Frank’

From Nov. 19 to Nov. 22, the South Side High School Department of Performing Arts put on a production of “The Diary of Anne Frank” at the high school.

The play is based on the true story of Jewish families hiding in an attic to escape the persecution of Jews in Nazi Germany. The entire experience was captured in the diary of young Anne Frank.
