Teenage motorcyclist dies near Cradle of Aviation Museum

A teenage motorcyclist died Sunday afternoon around 1:30 p.m. after crashing near the Cradle of Aviation Museum.

According to police, the 17-year-old was driving a 2005 Suzuki motorcycle, traveling west on Charles Lindbergh Boulevard, when he hit a curb and was ejected from his motorcycle.

He sustained major injuries from the crash and was rushed to a nearby hospital, police said, where he was pronounced dead. No other injuries were reported.
