A Woodmere man was arrested on Wednesday and charged with attempting to lure young girls into his car in the Bellmore area on multiple occasions, police said.
First Squad detectives from the Nassau County Police Department reported that Michael Chemick, 23, asked teenaged girls to get in his car in the afternoon on Sept. 26 and Oct. 15. The victims are both under age 16.
