To complete the summer in style, a car show exhibiting an assortment of cool vehicles preceded the Wounded Warrior fundraiser, End of Summer Bash, at Greis Park on Sept. 21.

The End of Summer Bash took place at the park’s main building.  There was food will and nearly 150 prizes were raffled off including JetBlue tickets. $20.

All funds go to Nassau County Firefighters Operation Wounded Warrior, a charity that is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year. The group is not associated with the Wounded Warrior Project.

A group of wounded soldiers receiving treatment at Fort Belvoir in Virginia attended the fundraiser.
