The first annual Senior Fashion Show took place in the Hewlett High School auditorium on March 29. Team 3540, Roboboogie, which is the school’s original robotics team, is the No. 1 team on Long Island for the Motivate Award, which is awarded to the team that best embraces the culture of FIRST — For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology. Team 7120, Bionica is the top team on Long Island for the Connect Award, which is given to the team that most connects with their STEM — science, technology, engineering and math — community. more
