Lawrence, 23, a homeless man, for criminal possession of stolen property on Oct. 1 at 3 a.m. Fourth Precinct officers responded to a call of a man attempting to get into vehicles in the area of Central Avenue. Lawrence was found with assorted items from a car parked in the driveway of a Holly Lane home in Lawrence. He was charged with criminal possession of stolen property-fourth degree was arraigned at First District Court in Hempstead last Sunday. more
