Arrests

LAWRENCE- Lorraine D. Hermitt, of Brooklyn, was arrested for shoplifting from a store on Rockaway Turnpike at 6:15 p.m. on Oct. 25, according to police.

INWOOD- Alicia Sambhu, of Valley Stream, was arrested for shoplifting from a supermarket on Burnside Avenue at 7:42 a.m. on Oct. 26, police said.

NORTH WOODMERE- Shoshana Nisanov, of Far Rockaway, was arrested for shoplifting from a department store on Rockaway Boulevard at 5:45 p.m. on Oct. 27, authorities said.

Larceny from auto

CEDARHURST- Between 11 p.m. on Oct. 22 and 6:30 a.m. on Oct. 23, assorted property was stolen from an unlocked vehicle parked on Oakland Avenue, according to police.

HEWLETT- The driver’s side window was broken by a brick and items were taken from a vehicle on Franklin Avenue between 1:45 and 2:50 p.m. on Oct. 25, police said.

LAWRENCE- At 5:30 p.m. on Oct. 24, multiple possession were removed from a vehicle in a Rockaway Turnpike parking lot, authorities said.

CEDARHURST- Property was stolen from a vehicle on Lincoln Street between Oct. 26 at 7:30 p.m. and Oct. 27 at 8 a.m., officials said.

LAWRENCE- Assorted property was taken from a vehicle parked on Bernard Street between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m. on Oct. 27 and 28, according to police.

LAWRENCE- Between 1 and 8 a.m. on Oct. 28, unspecified items were removed from an unlocked vehicle on Sealy Drive, police said.

WOODMERE- Multiple possessions were stolen from an unlocked vehicle parked on Pine Street between 11:59 p.m. on Oct. 27 and 9 a.m. on Oct. 28, authorities said.

CEDARHURST- On Pacific Avenue between 5 p.m. on Oct. 27 and 7 a.m. on Oct. 28, property was taken from a vehicle, officials said.

LAWRENCE- At 5 a.m. on Oct. 28, items were taken from a vehicle parked on Sealy Drive, according to police.

Petit larceny

CEDARHURST- Multiple items were stolen from a business on Peninsula Boulevard at 5:48 p.m. on Oct. 27, police said.

Criminal mischief

LAWRENCE- The driver’s side doors of two vehicles parked in the street on Bernard Street were damaged between 10:30 p.m. on Oct. 26 and 10 a.m. on Oct. 27, authorities said.

CEDARHURST- Holiday decorations attached to the front door of a house on Albemarle Road were damaged and the home’s front lawn was torn up by a vehicle between noon and 2 p.m. on Oct. 22, officials said.
