A half-dozen Hewlett High School graduates were celebrated for their professional achievements and inducted into the Hewlett-Woodmere Alumni Association’s Hall of Fame at the 19th annual ceremony and brunch at Hewlett High last Sunday.
Dr. Philip W. Askenase, class of 1957; Peter F. Gold, ’63; Ph.D. Robert Benezra, ’71; Doug Lipton, ’72; Ph.D. Roderick “Cliff” French, ’79, and Dr. Marc E. Rothenberg, Ph.D., ’79, were the inductees.
