Jamie Culoso, 27, of Ward Place, Woodmere was arrested at 11:46 p.m. on Feb. 26, for allegedly burglarizing two Woodmere businesses in November, police said.

On Nov. 10, the owner of Woodmere Farms at 1102 Broadway found the back glass door shattered and reported that an unspecified amount of money was taken from a cash register.

Eight days later, the owner of Woodmere Convenience, a store at 1064 Broadway, discovered damage to the back door that was forced open. Camera footage showed that Culoso had entered the store, and then left after the alarm went off.

Fingerprints and DNA evidence collected at both businesses led the police to Culoso, who was taken into custody at her residence. She is charged with two counts of burglary third-degree. Arraigned on Feb. 27, Culoso has court appearances on March 1 and March 30.
