Oyster Bay-East Norwich School District’s budget passes by large margin

In a resounding victory, the Oyster Bay-East Norwich School District's $66 million budget for 2024-2025 was approved with 517 votes in favor and 215 against. Superintendent Francesco Ianni expressed satisfaction that essential programs will continue despite budget constraints. Additionally, two propositions passed, allowing the district to allocate funds for technology and board-approved projects without imposing additional costs on taxpayers.
