Report Inappropriate Comments

At Grand Ave Middle school the results of the 8th grade NYS Algebra Regents tell an interesting story. The school went from getting all students having mastery of algebra to about 40%. The kids that have opted out previously on common core tests perform at less then the mastery level when NYS went to common core Algebra exam. Taking the previous common core tests are a great way for the best students to get ready for the first common core tests that count towards the kids futures. The Algebra regents is beginning to be an important test to separate the top math kids from average and below.
