Seaford house fire damages second floor, garage and two cars

A house fire occurred on Parkview Avenue in Seaford Wednesday night.

Officers responded to the fire around six in the evening. Upon arrival, first responders discovered everyone in the home left the burning building.

The fire spread to the garage and second floor, while neighboring homes were evacuated. The Seaford Fire Department arrived to extinguish the flames and no injuries were reported.

The home was severely damaged, including two cars. The Nassau County Fire Marshal and Arson Bomb Squad Detectives were on the scene, and the incident is still being investigated.
