On May 7, Senator John Brooks will be hosting a Youth Career and Educational Fair at Roosevelt High School, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Youth ages 14 and older are invited to learn about local employment, work development and post-graduation opportunities.

A wide variety of academic institutions, unions and other labor affiliated organizations and local businesses will be on hand to meet all who attend.

This event is open to all Long Island high school students. Organizations or business with opportunities for youth that may be interested in participating can email brooks@nysenate.gov, or call (516) 882-0630.
