Happy birthday, Oliver Miller of Atlantic Beach

Nassau County Police Commissioner Patrick Ryder, members of the 4th Precinct and Emergency Services Unit and Atlantic Beach Rescue and the Inwood, Lawrence-Cedarhurst and Long Beach fire departments took part in a parade on Nov. 29 that celebrated Atlantic Beach resident Oliver Miller’s 21st birthday.

Oliver, the son of State Assemblywoman Melissa Miller (R-Atlantic Beach), is blind and relies on his audible senses and the feel from vibrations to comprehend. Much noise was made for Oliver to have a great birthday.
