Inspired by Snow

Posted

When I lived in Bergen Beach, Brooklyn, I would shovel all the snow from the elderly couples sidewalks and driveways on both sides of my thirty foot front yard. The snow always piled up high. One day I looked at the pile and envisioned a "sphinx"...the carving began and my passion grew!

We moved to a main street in RVC and then our two sons came and became my "art directors".

Now I do it alone. Why? Because the boys are grown but snow is still there!
