Sean Dolan of West Hempstead and son of Carol and Mike Dolan was commissioned a 2nd Lt. in the US Marine Corp this past May.
On the same day, he graduated from Villanova University with degrees in political science and economics.
Sean will be attending The Basic School at Quantico Virgina in September, where newly commissioned officers learn how to lead and inspire fellow Marines. Guided by the mentorship of experienced Marines, new officers develop the leadership, knowledge and esprit de corps that define the Marine Corps.
