Anthony Livreri has earned an Atlantic Beach trustee spot with 215 votes.
In a recount after the June 18 tie between Livreri and incumbent, Edward Sullivan, Livreri won by one vote, confirmed by the Nassau County Board of Elections.
Both trustee candidates ran as part of the Atlantic Beach Integrity Party.
Barry Frohlinger, was elected to the board with 275 votes and Mayor George Pappas who ran unopposed was re-elected to the board during the June 18 village race.
