Police seek Valley Stream burglary suspect

Police say this man burglarized a home on Ballard Avenue in Valley Stream on Dec. 30.

Nassau County Police are hoping a photo captured of a man burglarizing a Valley Stream home in late December will help lead to the subject's arrest.
On Dec. 30, a 32-year-old man left his residence on Ballard Avenue between 5 and 8 p.m. When he returned home, he found that it had been ransacked and several items were missing. During an investigation, photographs of the burglar were captured.
The unknown suspect is described as a white male with a thin build, straight brown hair, mustache with scruffy beard wearing a white colored jacket and shirt. Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at (800) 244-TIPS.
