Spring concerts rock West Hempstead

Students at the George Washington Elementary School in West Hempstead held their spring concert on May 20.
One of the middle school’s performances was led by teacher Wayne Heckler.
Teacher and conductor Joseph Kane led the West Hempstead Middle School spring concert, which was held on May 25.
Teacher Wayne Heckler conducted several performances, including this one at the high school.
Teacher Daniel DiPasquale was the conductor during the high school students' performance.

Spring means music and concerts for students in West Hempstead.
Throughout the month of May, West Hempstead High and Middle schools, and the George Washington Elementary School held their annual spring concerts for the West Hempstead school district community.
The students’ worked hard throughout the year and it paid off — the concerts were a hit.
They couldn’t have done it without their dedicated music teachers.
