The Lawrence School District is in the process of selling the Number Six School for the second time in two years. A public vote on the sale is set for Monday. If it is approved, this would be the third sale of a district building since 1980.

Hewlett dental practice takes part in Volunteer Day

East Coast Endodontics, a Hewlett-based dental practice, had its staff, including doctors Michael Feldman, Even Chugerman and Patrick Ng-a-fook, performed more than 25 free root canals and provided medical treatment during the eighth annual Volunteer Day held in conjunction with the Coalition of Concerned Medical Professionals on March 8.
