A pack of four wild dogs are roaming through the Five Towns villages of Hewlett Bay Park, Hewlett Harbor, Hewlett Neck, Woodsburgh, Cedarhurst and Lawrence, according to Guy Bove of the Town of Hempstead’s Animal Shelter. more
