Arrests INWOOD- Joseph Zullo of Floral Park was arrested for driving while intoxicated at the intersection of Burnside Avenue and Nassau Expressway on Aug. 17 at midnight, police said. CEDARHURST- Andre Rozzell, 37, of Queens, was arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle-second degree and four violations of vehicle and traffic law on Aug. 26 at 10:15 p.m. at the corner of Rockaway Turnpike and Peninsula Boulevard, according to police. more
