Two Queens men arrested for multiple larcenies in Nassau County
Two men from Queens were arrested by Nassau County police in connection with a series of larcenies that occurred between May and August of this year.
Daler Singh, 69, and Gurpreet Singh, 25, were arrested following incidents at local Home Depot stores.
On May 22, the pair allegedly stole various items from the Home Depot on Sunrise Highway in Freeport without paying.
They were issued appearance tickets and banned from returning to any Home Depot location.
After failing to appear in court on June 14, arrest warrants were issued.
Despite the trespassing ban, Gurpreet Singh was later found at a Home Depot on Fulton Avenue in Hempstead on June 25, 2024.
Both men were arrested without incident.
Daler Singh is charged with grand larceny while Gurpreet Singh faces charges of grand larceny and burgalry.
They were arraigned on Sept. 12 at First District Court in Hempstead.
