Long Beach police report

Burglary

The Nassau County Police Department is investigating a burglary in Point Lookout. According to detectives, a suspect forced entry through the rear door of a home on Bayside Drive, ransacked the house and stole cash and jewelry sometime between 4 and 7 p.m. Detectives ask anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS. All callers will remain anonymous.

Arrests

Tyler McClean, 19, of Long Beach was arrested and charged at the Long Beach Police Department with robbery on Nov. 6.

Max Jones-Guma, 22, of Hempstead was arrested and charged with violating an order of protection at West Park Avenue on Nov. 6.
