The first in a series of free financial planning seminars at Molloy College will be led by Hon. John B. Riordan, Surrogate Judge, Nassau County and Mark J. Brosnan, Esq., of Brosnan & Hegler, LLP.
Estate planning concepts will be presented in easy-to-understand terms, in a relaxed and encouraging environment. Topics include: probate and non-probate assets durable general power of attorney forms, intestacy in New York State, revocable living trusts, and irrevocable insurance trusts.
The first seminar will take place on Feb. 7 from 12:30-2 p.m., in the Reception Room of Kellenberg Hall on the Rockville Centre Molloy College campus.
