Reflections in art in Rockville Centre

Thirty-eight Covert Elementary School students participated in the 2010 National PTA Reflections Art Program. They created works in literature, musical composition, photography, visual arts, dance choreography and film production in response to this year’s theme, “Together We Can.”

Second grader Dylan Costello placed in the program and will have his work advanced to the state level.

The purpose of the Reflections Art Program is to encourage students to explore their artistic talents. Members of the Covert School PTA say they are extremely proud of the achievements of all participants.
