Robbery at Uniondale gas station, police investigating

Three people, including at least two men, are alleged to have robbed the Pump & Stuff Gas Station on Jerusalem Avenue in Uniondale at 3:43 p.m. on Aug. 20, according to Nassau police.

One person was allegedly concealing items in his pockets while the second distracted the employee and the third held the door open, police said. The employee allegedly confronted the person hiding merchandise when the person pushed past and exited the store without paying.

Police said the three individuals fled on foot in various directions. No injuries were reported.

The first person is described as a black man with dark hair, 15 to 20 years old, 6’4,” 200 pounds, wearing a white zip-up Nike jacket, black shorts, and white sandals.

The second person is described as a black man, 15 to 20 years old, 5’5,” 150 pounds, wearing a black zip-up jacket, black shorts, and black sneakers.

The third person is described as wearing a white hooded sweatshirt, black shorts, and black and white Nike sneakers.
