Eight projects and nine South Side High school research students have submitted papers to the “Siemens Competition” (previously known as Westinghouse) in Math, Science & Technology. The Siemens Competition recognizes the best and brightest young scientific minds in America. This year, roughly 6,000 projects have registered to compete.
This prestigious competition has spotlighted the talents of many South Side students over the years. This year the following students submitted the following papers:
