The annual Simchat Beit Hashovea celebration held by Chabad of the Five Towns in Andrew J. Parise Cedarhurst Park last Saturday night featured music from Azamra DJ, dancing and assorted tricks by Chinese acrobat Xaio Di during the three-hour event.

At Inwood Park the 18th annual Inwood 5K run took in the season as children got to pick pumpkins and enjoyed their own pumpkin tot-trot race before 272 participants finished the main race.
